摘 要： 在电子商务环境下,物流配送具有信息化、网络化、自动化、智能化和柔性化等特点。论文针对电子商务环境下物流配送的体系问题和物流终端配送问题进行研究,主要分为三部分:第一,整理电子商务和物流配送的相关文献,分析物流配送体系、终端配送、配送中心设置和路径优化选择的现状。第二,针对物流配送体系存在的问题,评估配送模式的效率,包括配送成本、信息化水平和配送中心设置等,进而剖析物流配送体系的问题。第三,以物流配送体系和终端配送问题的产生、发展及深入为主线,针对问题从全流程提出解决对策与建议。
